Grow your income, month by month.

What it does
Five things, and each one is arithmetic you can check
There is no model, no score and no recommendation. Sapling reads what you own and what the market has declared, and does the sums.
- A calendar, not a statement
- Every declared dividend on what you hold, placed in the month it is due. Months Bursa has not announced yet are filled in from what each counter has actually paid in that month before — marked as an estimate, never as fact.
- Confirm what actually landed
- Sapling nags you once a payment is due, you tap in what reached your account, and the next estimate for that counter gets closer. Your income becomes a record rather than a projection.
- Withholding, handled
- REIT distributions are quoted net of the 10% deduction where it applies, and the rule that was in force when the cash moved is the one used — so a 2025 payment is not restated under a 2026 rule.
- Your position against the RM 100,000 threshold
- Malaysia's 2% dividend tax applies to assessable dividend income above RM 100,000 from YA2025. Sapling shows where your confirmed income sits against it, by the year the cash arrived.
- Your record, and you can take it with you
- Every confirmed payment exports to CSV from the history screen — the format an accountant and a spreadsheet both already read. Nothing you record is held hostage.
The part that matters
What Sapling never does
RM 0
A claim that nothing arrived.
N/A
The truth: nothing has been logged.
- It never touches your bank or your broker
- Sapling holds no bank or broker credentials and logs in to nothing. You record what you hold; it works out the rest from publicly declared dividends.
- It never shows a guess as a fact
- Anything Sapling worked out for you carries an Est. marker. Anything without one is cash you confirmed yourself.
- It never caps what you can record
- Most trackers draw their free line at a number of holdings. A ledger that stops at eight counters starts lying — about your income, and about where you sit against the tax threshold. So there is no cap, and there will not be one.
Free, and it stays free
Recording trades, the calendar, your history, the CSV export, alerts and the tax position are free permanently. Sapling is a ledger before it is a product, and a ledger that locks its owner out is not one.
If paid features are added later, nothing you have already recorded moves behind them.
